Now, it is coming with groundbreaking ideas of offering it for the Faculty’s’ Development by aiming to enhance their efficiency of delivery and make it highly practical. Business Simulators are recognised as the fastest and most effective environments for learning. "Chanakya Business Simulation" has been designed through computer software that simulates multiple scenarios replicating the emerging markets and business trends in the economic environment with latest challenges experienced by the Business Houses. All such inputs help the Faculty in handling the subject and the students in more effective manner since this takes the comprehension level to a high peak. This is based on 'Learning by Doing', a pure experiential mode. The Faculty participant is better geared up towards disseminating the learning among students by acquiring the skills of strategy formation, decisions making under stressful circumstances, and managing precious resources by connecting to the management principles. The participants are groomed to adopt entrepreneurial approach that hones visioning, planning, execution and functional coordination to implement/revise course of action and experience a transition from of a functional leader to a strategy specialist at all levels.
