An accomplished professional with extensive expertise in business development, sales, and project installations across diverse sectors such as Skills and Education, health industries, KPOs, FMCG, etc. He has an experience of mor than 2 decades and possesses significant experience in team management, guiding teams toward achieving organizational business goals. Has held senior management positions in notable organizations like Bureau of Pharma PSU’s of India, Honeywell International (I) Pvt Ltd, Shaw Wallace, Allied Domecq Spirits & Wines, IIHT, KARROX etc.
His proficiency lies in pioneering new market development, underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of primary and secondary market research, as well as competitive market positioning. I achieved success in existing markets by successfully cultivating newer customer segments. Throughout all stages, there is a seamless integration of product and platform innovation.
In his recent projects, he has successfully led sales and logistics for both central and state government initiatives. He is Strategic Transformer in Business Leaders with a proven track record of success spanning over 35 years. Last 23 years he is into Learning and Development, started his career as Frontline Sales & Marketing in FMCG, moved to Office Automation, Pharmaceutical and Education Industry. He is instrumental in Learning & Development where he served from middle to top level Management. Canara HSBC Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, Hero Mindmine, NIIT Ltd, Mother’s Pride Group, Shemrok Group, Rea Value Marketing Services & Photophone Industries India Ltd are the few organizations to name. He has been appreciation by President House under AHAAD for upgrading Anganwadi and Teachers training and education system in Kerala and Chattisgarh.
